Art: Bristia Pajama Party

A collab with my good pal Oli! We decided to draw all the Bristia recruitable characters but since we didn't want to bother with their costumes, which are quite complicated anyways, we went for a silly theme - pajama party!
I drew Veil, Olivia, Beaver JD and Barrel. Oli did the rest of the characters. I also added the bunny, cat, mouse and capybara plushies for flavor.
God knows when we did our last collab, but I finally have a new picture to put up on my wall!

GE: Friends?

A picture of my current main team! Ralph is a traditional value and I probably won't change him out ever because he's a good character. I decided for Vincent as support because he casts much faster than Vendetta, is more durable than Veronif and I simply prefer a character that not only buffs but fights as well. I do not like Emily for some reason and I have no good scout armor.
Ludin is a new addition and I'm thinking of starting project - better robe. She is like paper and dies pretty quickly, Her +6 ELB with 2DR is not doing the girl any justice. I am also working on a Fire of Palermo which will take forever, considering how abysmal the rune drop rate is, but I want to craft a constellation weapon of my own. I'll definitely buy the next bracelet. It's faster that way.

I like to imagine how my characters would interact or what would make them be in the same team in the first place. This is one of the stranger combinations so I can only imagine this - Ralph simply is there, he's like the protagonist character who's always one the move and everyone else just accidentally enters his life. Ludin is a brat in and out so she probably came uninvited - 'old man where are you going? I'll come too!'. Nobody can stop her. Vincent looks weird but is a good guy so nobody says no to him. He's on a quest to find his brother, I suppose.

Ludin probably starts shit with others just because, while Ralph has the disposition 'I'm too old for quarreling', Vincent would probably get baited to argue and then they argue for hours on end. Such is life.

Art: the rogue shapeshifter

Introducing Lieire - the rogue shapeshifter. 'Rogue' in this context means that she is a familiar without a witch. Li has her own gang of rogue familiars and she targets familiars with witches whom she finds 'interesting', whatever that may entail.
She becomes Caym's #1 tormentor for reasons one can put together after becoming acquainted with Lieire's story.
She's an albino so she's pale skinned and her hair is white, doesn't stop her from being a brawler and generally someone with a good punch.
Whether she's an antagonist or an anti-hero depends on your perspective.

Not gonna say much more in hopes that it will motivate me to write the story and actually show my characters in motion, that is a big IF though. Life's hard when your depressive thoughts just tell you that everything is pointless. Maybe one day I'll get off my arse.

Art: Various

Been kind of bummer about my story because the more I try the flimsier my plot becomes. I get one good idea but then I get several plot holes and don't know where to put characters. I suppose I need to regroup and rethink my protagonists and conflicts. Still, that won't stop me from presenting characters!
Arthur! Good ol' Arthur, who hasn't changed a lot. Only his hairdo changes. One day I was making up people in my head and I came up with this eccentric dude who is very artsy. So here is the new and improved Arthur - a pianist who inherited his father's billion dollar corporation but wants to do nothing with it. Alas, his father has died and there is no other heir. Now the poor artist has to deal with synthetics and robots and other things he vaguely understands.
Elisabeth, one of my witch characters. She's an 'ogre witch' meaning she is the scary type who eats children. That's not an exaggeration, she uses the life essence of young children to prolong her own life. As dangerous as she is to the 'normal' world she manages a shelter for 'abnormals' who have nowhere to go. Her lifestyle is a secret to all but her familiar and a certain other person.
Elisabeth's familiar is Caym who can shapeshift into a hummingbird. She holds him very dear and he has become attached to her like a mother figure.
Mocori, a different witch! She is a fortune-teller witch, meaning that she possesses a crystal ball and can indeed foretell the future with 50% precision. Whether life is in one's hands or the future is like the weather is a completely different discussion. She's roommates with Malloana and both keep each others secrets.
Mocori's familiar is Blossom who also happens to be her girlfriend. She can shapeshift into a flamingo and a cat, the latter being a more inconspicuous disguise.
A little doodle of Zebelun, my drawings become less and less inspired. I have yet to get down his exact design. Imagining how a character looks is one thing, turning it into reality is something completely different.
Last comes a doodle of Yin stretching his limbs.
Stretching and any sort of physical activity is more about mental well being than physical as synthetics mostly cannot feel such sensations as stretching their muscles so they keep exercising just to feel like they're in control of their bodies. Yin was never a flexible person so he is not bothered by his new body but he likes doing simple exercises for fun. It's strange when your body feels only half of the sensations it did before. Better than being paralyzed from the neck down, though.

GE: Old Love Never Dies

Well, after a 2 year hiatus (more or less), I am back to playing GE, mostly for fun, I suppose. Not a big fun of the gambling and pay-to-win aspect of the game. Compared to GW2 it is a masochist's game but fortunately I have some good items and some good characters.

I like the character design of Granado Espada so I can forgive the lousy translations and weird plot and terrible drop rates and excruciating quests.

A pretty place in Bahamar, I wish the camera was more environment screenshot friendly.

Sirius is very pretty, sadly I don't want to humiliate myself in a zone which has 74AR/DR trash mobs, I should craft ELNs and stock up on 33AR weapons but that is not an easy job. I already have a good arsenal but they barely make a dent in those mobs. I get embarrassed when a Lionel comes in and kills the mobs in three hits.
Then there's this. She smacked Sirius, my family and then said we are strong and ready to face the horrors of Armonia. Thank you.

I don't have strong goals now, I will just enjoy the nostalgia. I remember the convoluted life stories I made for my characters, some of them are still very interesting to me.

Art: Like a puppy

I managed to open some sort of art chakra so here is another drawing today! This time we get to see Malloana. Drawing someone from behind is hard and I lose the character's proportions, even though four-arm Lun is more slender than his pre-ascension counterpart, so there's that.
I'm the artist so nobody else can guess what the true properties of my characters are anyways. >u>

Art: Zebelun's character chart

Drawing the same character three times is tedious, it's even more tedious when it's three different forms and you have to attempt to stay 'on model'. Anyways.

This is Zebelun the incubus and his three flesh vessels which change throughout the story. The first one is his human form - the most inconspicuous, albeit he still has the red eyes. As much as one tries to hide themselves the eyes always stay the same so Lun has to wear sunglasses and try not to look too obvious.

The second is his first true form, this is how he looked when he first met Malloana. He was still an apprentice so Lun's look is incomplete. The lack of clothes can be explained with his profession - he's an incubus, he has to look seductive and enticing (not that he was any good at it from the start). Getting used to clothes and shoes was a big challenge.

His 'complete' or ascended look is the third drawing. After leaving Malloana due to circumstances the incubus had no other choice but to go through his initiation ritual and become a proper demon, which is visualized by a more bestial form and markings upon his body. His human disguise didn't change much so I didn't include it, the only difference would be that his markings would show too because similar to the eyes it is an important mark a demon cannot erase. Sadly a heavily tattooed man attracts much more attention so Lun was reluctant to return to humanity, there were other reasons too though.

It took a lot of preparation before the demon could face his beloved human again.
